Terms of Service

Introduction
These terms and conditions represent the entirety of the service agreement and are applicable to all your transactions as a “Customer” with Rdp.Monster as a whole. These terms supersede any oral promises made by Rdp.Monster or its staff. If you have reached an agreement with any of Rdp.Monster’s official representatives, please ensure that they are provided in writing, as they will not be considered valid otherwise.Acceptance of Terms
Please read these terms of service in their entirety and carefully before purchasing any of our service(s). By purchasing any of our service(s), you expressly imply that you are bound by the terms listed herein.Definitions
“We,” “Us,” “Provider,” “Company,” or “Rdp.Monster” refer to Rdp.Monster. “You,” “Your,” “Client,” “Customer,” and “Member” refer to a person or entity who purchases services from us.Content Storage and Backup Policy
All content stored on our server(s) by the customer(s) is solely at the customer’s risk, and Rdp.Monster does not have any liability for keeping backups of such content. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly back up the content stored on the server(s).Server Delivery
We will automatically deliever your hosting plan (VPS / RDP). If an error occurs, your service will be delivered within 24 minutes after confirmed payment. Please be patient during this process. For dedicated servers, delivery can take from 2 to 72 hours, depending on the type of server.Cancellations
We will manually cancel your service if there is no confirmed payment 1 day after the due date of the invoice. In such cases, all data related to the service will be wiped for customer privacy and safety. Restoring any lost data is not possible.Payment Disputes, Chargebacks, and Refunds
All payments are final, and we do not provide refunds. The customer agrees to contact our billing department and attempt to resolve any billing issues before filing a dispute or chargeback.Referral Program Policy
Our referral program is designed to reward clients who refer new customers to Rdp.Monster. However, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of referral earnings and potential termination of the associated accounts:

Referring oneself using multiple accounts to gain commissions.

Creating fake or duplicate accounts solely to exploit the referral system.

Engaging in fraudulent activities such as chargebacks or disputes on referred orders.
If we determine that a client has violated these rules, we reserve the right to withhold referral earnings and take necessary actions, including account suspension or termination, without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
Rdp.Monster cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, disruptive, or other consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, damages related to corruption or deletion of files/website contents, email data, and database contents. This applies regardless of whether the customer is in a contract or not, even if we are informed or advised of any possible damages in advance.Amendments to Terms of Service
Rdp.Monster may, at its sole discretion, amend or modify this agreement from time to time without any prior notice. Modified terms of service will be posted on the Rdp.Monster website and will come into effect immediately for all existing and future customers. All previous terms will be superseded in such cases.Activities
Prohibited Activities Certain actions are strictly prohibited while using products provided by rdp.monster. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in the termination of your account without refund. The prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:- Sending or receiving unsolicited commercial emails, junk mail, spam, or participating in pyramid schemes.
- Distributing any illegal content, including explicit material involving children.
- Sharing copyrighted, trademarked, or patented content without proper authorization.
- Misrepresenting the origin of content by manipulating email headers.
- Disrupting service for other users, clients, hosts, or networks.
- Participating in Denial-of-Service attacks against third parties or rdp.monster.
- Attempting to access data, systems, or networks without authorization.
- Transmitting material that encourages harm to individuals, defamation, or cruelty to animals.
